JD Dallam - President
JD Dallam graduated at the top of his class, earning a Bachelor of Music in Music Management at Hartt School of Music. Afterward he immediately moved to New York and landed a position as an advertising copy writer at Sony Music, all while moonlighting as a session guitarist and singer/songwriter. In 1994 a songwriter who had written hits with R&B singer Joe requested JDs help with setting up his music publishing and completing his US and international royalty collection. Missing Link Music was born. 10 years and hundreds of hits later, Missing Link has grown to become one of the leading music publishing and copyright administration companies in the U.S. |

Tony Hinds - Copyright, Licensing & Business Development
Tony Hinds is a law graduate from London who brought his knowledge of European Copyright law to the United States to become a rising star in the US music industry. "Our clients are our source of motivation – our reward is their reward", says Tony. On arriving in the United States Tony started working with songwriters to know their rights. Over the past years Tony has been interviewed by the BBC, appeared on various industry panels and even featured on a motion picture documentary about the music industry. Today Tony works closely with Missing Link's clients to make sure that their careers continue to develop in terms of business and creativity |

Max Clayman - A&R/TV/Film/New Media
Max Clayman graduated from Northeastern University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Music Industry. Taking advantage of Northeastern's co-op program Max interned for six months at the independent Hip-Hop/R&B label Mass Appeal Entertainment. Here he managed artists MySpace pages, created content for press kits, and brainstormed marketing plans for Lisa Lisa, Ryan Toby (of City High) and Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes. From March to Septemeber 2007 Max worked for the Lyons Group providing live entertainment support at the Avalon Ballroom and Axis, on Boston's legendary Lansdowne street. He assisted stage crews with merchandise tables, load outs, and provided V.I.P services to Amy Winehouse, Fergie, Damien Marley, among other. Max's experience has given him solid insight into the ever changing music industry, which he brings to the A&R position at Missing Link Music. |

Todd Schefflin - Licensing/A&R
Todd Schefflin is a graduate of William Paterson University where he received a degree in Music Performance and Music Business. During his time at William Paterson he interned at WBGO 88.3 FM, which is the largest Jazz radio station in the country. Following WBGO 88.3 FM, he worked for Missing Piece group, which is media Promotions Company. At Missing Piece, he coordinated radio campaigns for artist such as, John Mayer, Melanie Fiona, Trombone Shorty, and The Eagles. In addition to his passion for the industry side of music, Todd is also a professional Saxophonist. Todd’s passion for music, both on the business side, as well as the artistic side makes him an integral member of the Missing Link team. |
