jay describes his sound as braggadocious and unapologetically bold, characterized by unexpected lines that grab the listener's attention. he draws influence from the works of other icons like eminem, juice wrld, 50 cent, kanye west, and lil wayne. jay first quickly gained recognition for his tracks titled "super saiyan 2," " "he isn’t me," and "30 days." following this success he released his hit song "tomioka,” which garnered an impressive 35 million streams on Spotify alone, meanwhile jay has also surpassed 1m monthly listeners on Spotify.

however, mentioning Jay eazy wouldn't be complete without acknowledging his viral TikTok trend, now known as the “the run”. he was a trailblazer, who was seen for the first time ever, running towards the camera while singing along to his song "super saiyan 2”. this trend quickly caught fire on all social media platforms, and it ultimately became a widespread phenomenon.
