Billy is an award-winning composer, multi-instrumentalist, and educator with a career spanning performance, composition, and music production. He began studying piano and music theory at age four and later earned a degree in Music Composition and French Horn Performance from the Hartt School of Music. A primarily self-taught guitarist, he has performed across a wide range of genres, opening for acclaimed metal acts like Periphery and Scale The Summit, and working with Tony and Grammy award-nominated artists. Billy is beyond grateful to be a part of the team at Missing Link Music, where he is able to combine his industry experience with an expertise in data analytics all in the pursuit of supporting fellow artists and songwriters. Whether through performance, composition, teaching music to young kids, or data-driven insights, he remains dedicated to fostering innovation and artistic excellence, and is always guided by an endless love for music as a means of expression and as a force that connects and brings us all together!

A born and bred New Yorker, Ean has always been grateful to have come up in the greatest city for art and music in the world. Hyperbole aside, whether it was Television or Tribe, Wu Tang or Lou Reed, Sonny Rollins or the Strokes, the music of the city inspired Ean and he wanted to be that next great thing from NYC. Starting at the age of 11, he began playing guitar and writing music. By the time he graduated college a decade later, he had been in two bands, released three albums, and had been blessed with a chance to perform at events as prestigious as SXSW in Austin and as sentimental as Webster Hall and Pianos in NYC. However, dreams don't ever seem to go as planned and after college things fizzled out and the band members went their separate ways. It was at this point that Ean took his degree in Public Policy with minors in Computer Science and Urban Studies from Princeton University and got a job doing data analysis at a small education technology company in the city. There he gained invaluable insights into how data can or cannot be best leveraged to help a variety of stakeholders (in that case students and teachers) as well the demands of modern data infrastructure and warehousing. Suddenly, however, years had passed and Ean found himself desperately missing the impact that music had had on his life. Enter Missing Link Music: at Missing Link, Ean has been able to unite his passion for music and experience in the music industry with his eye for data analysis and visualization. And while they may be from all over the world (and not just NYC), Missing Link's incredible roster of songwriters and producers inspires him just the same to not only deliver impactful insights and analyses to empower their careers, but also support the rest of the Missing Link Team as they work with the unified goal of getting songwriters and producers the money and opportunity they're owed.
